The company has two chromium-molybdenum alloy steel LSAW steel pipe production lines, which can produce 20,000 tons of chromium-molybdenum alloy steel LSAW steel pipe each year. Products are mainly used in equipment manufacturing and fluid transportation in high temperature and high pressure environments such as power plants, high temperature and high pressure boilers, petroleum refining and coal chemical industries.
Diameter: Ф559~Ф1422mm.
Wall thickness: 6.3~38.1mm.
Steel grade: 15CrMoR, 14CrMoR, ASTM A387 Grade 12, ASTM A387 Grade 11, ASTM A387 Grade 22, etc.
Executive standard: ASTM A691 and other domestic and foreign standards of similar products and other higher standards.

Outer diameter deviation:
The deviation of the outer diameter of the pipe body: ±0.005D.
Ovality deviation:
Ovality deviation: 0.01D.
Wall thickness deviation:
The minimum wall thickness at any point on the steel pipe shall not be less than the specified nominal wall thickness by more than 0.3mm.
Straightness deviation:
The deviation of the straightness of the full length of the steel pipe is ≤3mm/3m.
Length range:
Length: 8~12.5m.
